"Transcendental knowledge is different. The more you give, the more you get. Srila Prabhupada said that if you have knowledge but don't give it to others, you become envious. Why? Because we are meant to help each other. If we have knowledge that can help someone but keep it to ourselves, it means we are envious; we don't want to help the person — we want to keep him down.
