This kind of "Chardas" music in Hungary called "gypsy music". Not traditional at all, I think it was written in the XIX century, and first of all played by urban gypsy "bigbands" (as you can hear...)
The dance may be traditional but of course it's absolutely independent from this music and from the pictures in the end... This video is a sort of hotchpotch

Thats not hungarian, thats gypsy dance from Szászcsávás (Ceuaş). This music is NOT folk music! The name of this dance is "pontozó" or "sűrű verbunk"(which means: fast recruitement dance).
