Umm, actually the Cheetah Girls were the ones who bought the song off of Play (or Disney did anyway). I remember buying the Play CD and listening to 'Cinderella' at least a year before ever even seeing previews for the Cheetah Girls movie, and when I saw the Cheetah Girls singing it the first thing I thought was 'Wow that's lame. They're taking credit for a song they not only didn't come up with, but they're not even doing their own version, just carbon copying Play's version.'

Uhh I'm positive the cheetah girl got the song AFTER play did it but I heard ANOTHER Group sang it before them someone said that group was called 15 but I can't find another sorce to confirm it
