NOV 12 BUCK BOW KILL 2010

I harvested this buck on November 12th up in north MO, the evening before rifle season. The story was somewhat interesting and so I wanted to share that with you guys. Best of luck to you !!

Nice deer. Tough gettn the whole hunt on video. I just started filming my own hunts a couple of years ago as well, and shot my biggest ever this year. Good luck next year.

@tazzytwos Thank you. I agree, filming is a lot of fun, but definitely adds another level of difficulty. I'm still a hunter first, so if the videoing doesn't work out it's unfortunate, but it's not going to ruin my hunt. Congrats on your biggest this year, and good luck to you as well!

I hear ya on the nasty weather for that Friday, Nathan. I had every intention of hunting the final day of the early bow season, but I decided to sit it out because my neck of the woods was getting hammered with rain, as well. Great deer, my friend. I appreciate you providing the details of your hunt & the surrounding circumstances. I hope you shoot an even bigger one before it's all said & done.

good luck to you too! hopefully you shoot more like him or even bigger! i still have a firearms tag to fill, 2 archery any deer, one antlerless archery, and 2 management tags. i hope to be busy cleaning deer till January! i agree about firearms seasons... they already have a leg up on archery. i wouldn't mind it starting a week later. anyway, have a good rest of the season... hope to see some more videos from you

@bowhuntkid57 I hear ya. I really wish they'd push the rifle season back a bit so that the peak of the rut would be during bow season instead of the rifle season. Best of luck to you with the boom stick & the bow!!
