  • IT'S WRONG,PEOPLE!

  • not to criticize but these squats don't look right and ive been told squats can be very damaging for people who are rehabbing from knee problems

  • @gricius I am a martial arts instructor and she is not doing the squats correctly. When we want take all the pressure and keep some on the knees, then her back should be straight,

  • @PowerManDL 1/2 the information on pubmed is crap - just people wanting to publish a paper!

  • @BlueFoxPro No. In a proper low bar back squat the knees are in front of the toes.

  • Shouldn't the knees be behind the toes? :S

  • @gricius

anterior subluxacion of the the, stress at the ACL. see wall squats for technique or any good powerlifting video and anyone with good knees never let the shins go foward.
