One thing I notice is that your left knee starts out high. Then you lower it so that your kicking leg can get over the top. If you watch the good roll spikers, you will notice their non-kicking leg is stationary in the air, while the kicking leg rotates over and around it. Search you tube for "Imagine beyond the sepaktakraw rolling spike kick " for a good slow mo demonstration of what I mean.
looks good! I can leave a more detailed response soon, but your height is good and it looks like you trust that landing. Can you land without using your hands at all? In other words, are you confident that your leg will catch you?
