Good but a few things I noted as incorrect:

1. You mention gap theory as needing a hand range better than the raisers percieved range, in order to call. This is the thought of a non bubble savy player, and will ultimatly lead to long term loss. You need a range > top 1/3 of raisers range. 2. You shouldnt play to win 1st place, or even play to cash. Again, long term winnings will dictate to play in a monor which increases your average money - basically on the bubble you play the number game

i always perceive min raises from small blind as strong, unless a player does it all the time. i think thats begging for a call or a raise, and you will see a lot of players do it with big aces and high pairs.
