Homero Perez Miranda with soprano Paula Almerares and mezzo Alicia Alduncin sing the Scene and final trio of the Antonia scene in Offenbach's Tales of Hoffmann at the Teatro Argentino in La Plata. Federico Garcia VIgil conducts in a production staged by Carlos Palacios and designed by Nicolas Boni in November 2008

  • WOW!!!! I love the creepiness of the mother's voice (La Voix) entering this scene, and the "demons" around the foot of Dr. Miracle! Amazing!!

  • My God! What an incredible production and great singers too!!! Bravissimi! She's fantastic and lovely as Antonia and bass bariton Pérez Miranda is at his best as Dr. Miracle, even the contralto sounds great! Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Offenbach: you must be happy with this...No doubt!
