Our tribute to Frankie Manning for his 95th birthday.
The Statutes are from the 1937 Bemidji Winter Carnival, are permanently mounted near the shores of Lake Bemidji and are the 2nd most photographed man made structures after Mount Rushmore.
Bemidji's hometown hereos Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox were features in Life Magazine in 1937.
The shirts were provided by the world famous Bemidji Woolen Mills.
And the dancers are members of Suzy and Hondo Dance Studios in Bemidji.
