This is the 9-Dimensional analogue of a cube. Keep in mind - this object is not changing shape at all! It is only rotating. This is an unfortunate consequence of the projection into 2D. Enjoy!

  • What would 9-Dimensional Jesus Do?

  • @BRyanS72 Here is better coverage.

9D object travelling in 8D space but 7D projecting which it moves in 6D projected in 5D with the complexity of 4D projected into 3D on a 2D screen with photons going in 1D to our 0D eyes and brain.

  • A 9-D object, projected into 8-D, then 7-D, then 6-D, then 5-D, then 4-D, then 3-D space, and finally on the 2-D computer screen.

    I'm ready to die.

  • All I see is a rolling ball of gathered pubes.

  • ....this doesn't look solid. Like at all.

  • Only chuk norris can figure this out...

  • My mind is officially fucked.

  • @Lucky466 Well that's true. The only way you can say is by traveling to the next dimension.

But my point was that you will see and object with the same amount of dimensions of the dimension of the space it is in, except for lower dimensional object in a higher dimensonal space. For example, you will see a 4D object as a 3D one in a 3D space. So, a 11D object in a 1D space would be seen as a 1D object, even if it's not. But a 2D in a 3D will still look like 2D. :)

  • @MrFreakHeavy Continuing my last comment, you cant know what the dimensions are because that would be creating something absolute. every new dimension is made up of attributes from the previous one, except to truly give it the next dimensional feel, you have to have that new dimension (i.e. height, width, etc.) so its impossible to know what the 4th dimension is, and even if we did know it, you couldnt point it out. it would be like creating a total new colour from scratch

  • @MrFreakHeavy Exactly, so every shape is what u call a "projection" of a higher dimension.... you dont manually "project" a high dimensional image into a lower dimension, but every object fits in all the dimensions, so anything we see is also a 4th dimensional, 5 dimension etc. shape, cept we see only 3 dimensions of it. thats prettymuch what it means. And also, what is this ridiculous rumour that the 4th dimension is motion and time?? WE CANT SEE THE 4th dimension!, so we cant tell what it is!
