Spyro 3 Glitch - Farley in Enchanted Towers

I was playing the minigame normally, about to throw the ball across that gap, when Farley just starts to run in an infinite loop around the place.

I swear, I don't try to look for these glitches. Recently I've been just randomly playing around on Spyros 1, 2 and 3 and weird stuff has happened.

What the fuck.. I literally just watched this video and then played this minigame and the exact same thing started happening to mine! In the exact same place! Creepy as fuck hahahhahhahha

Which version of the game is this? I don't remember hearing that music before...

@RubbberRabbbit2 It's the NTSC version. Also a Collector's Edition disk if that means anything. I know this music far too well from a certain other level with a skateboard...

The disk is actually in perfect condition...it's just the cheap recording program I'm using, plus the emulator together that sometimes causes a little slowdown.

@DDRManiacGuy I have no idea.. I suppose I've had the game for a looong time so that could be why. It happened straight after I got Spyro to spit the ball across to the other side though.. :S
