Lance, a second-generation REALTOR®, graduated from Minneapolis Washburn High School, attended the University of Nebraska and finished at North Dakota State University. He was licensed in 1998 and joined the management team of Coldwell Banker Burnet (CBB) in 2003. He is the Branch Vice President at the CBB Minneapolis-Parkway Office. Lance is involved with training on a company and association level and has been a licensed real estate coach since 2003. He has also been involved with various committees and groups throughout his real estate career. As a former professional basketball player, Lance spent 14 years living abroad and learned to speak Spanish as well as some French and Greek. Among his passions in life are his wife of 31 years, Sandy, two daughters, three dogs, real estate and basketball.
