Black Hawk Helicopters' in Los Angeles (Caught on Camera)

Caught some military helicopters' circulating by LA....why are helicopters' that are typically used in war circulating an American city? Weird stuff.

BTW this wasnt CAUGHT ON CAMERA. it was all over the news and press sites and well documented there. Its not like this was a secret operation that this guy stumbled onto lol. This was actually planned 3 and a half weeks before the blackhawks even got to Edwards AFB. Its part a police force upgrade and if they are doing it in other cities, great. But I only have proof that the one in LA is for the police and were training them how to use it in "urban" scenarios.
