My new start with the 30 day shake challenge.

Target is to lose 2lb a week.

I'm posting this video to my blog. Subscribe if you're interested or if you fancy doing you own challenge - lets all group together and keep eachother on track :-)

  • @foraz1000 I've lost more, yes. I still have weight to lose and I have everything crossed for me to reach my target, and to maintain it, by the end of this year. :-)

  • @1THETRUTH10 the RDA for fibre is at least 25g, that's on average 9 slices of bread or bowls of bran lol eating that much you'll prob end up putting weight on. try "friendly fibre" tablets that has flora in them, not the fibre tablets that speed up weight loss. make sure your getting at least 2ltrs of water a day, still, not sparkling as that upsets digestion. make it 3ltrs on hot days or if you exercising. hope this helps :-)

I think I need all the luck I can get, considerin my internet has packed up on me lol. trying to get it sorted out, I'm told it will be working by the 25th so, unfortunately, I won't be able to upload again until then. still making vids, so will upload them all at once when the net is fixed.

    as for the constipation,are you getting enough fibre and water in your diet? that's the thing when you change your intake to liquids, either constipation or diarrhoea....

  • Good luck with this, I need to get back on track.....and protein shakes have worked well for me in the past. The only prob I get if I just use shakes is constipation......so I think im gonna go 50/50 with food and shakes.

    I remember talking to u about nutrition before and u know your stuff, so I hope u make lots of vids :)
