i'm not sure if i have pigmented blood vessels or tear trough.. anyone have ideas to help me figure that out?

@Lovedrawing1 My ex used to have that. Anytiime she would mention she was attarcted to someone, the first thing that went through my was 'he looks like a ghoul". She was attarcted to that sunken eye socket. makes me think of the dude in Rocky Horror Picture Show

i was born with dark circles...i think tear through tipe....and since the age of 15 (now i'm 28) i've been fighting with this problem with concealers but still haven't found something that really covers at all!!! :(
