Yes, numerous. You'll find them if you dig further back in the history of recording. For instance have you heard Carl Flesch, his teacher? This is a very good version of the Lalo

This is just blooming gorgeous, no other word for it. Has there ever been as complete and great a violinist as Henryk Szeryng? Not in my listening experience; the man had it all.

Check out the video response I posted to Szerying playing the Lalo 2nd mvt. It is Thibaud with an entirely different approach. I hope you have the ears and sensibility to appreciate the difference. No retakes, it's live. Thibaud, at age 13, entered the Paris Conservatory 1 year after Lalo died.
