Nuclear facilities are vulnerable to intentional attacks

Technical expert John Large, who has often been commissioned by Greenpeace to provide technical analysis about nuclear issues says nuclear Holocaust can come from any country that possesses a nuclear technology.

The expert that led the nuclear risk assessment team for the raising of the damaged Russian nuclear submarine Kursk in the Barents Sea gave an exclusive interview to RT on issues of modern nuclear facilities safety.

What's with this guy? The kind of actions he suggests could make this possible are either logistically impossible or would result in making the reactor neither capable of blowing up (not that there aren't 1000s of safeguards agaisnt that anyway) nor producing retrievable fissile material.

define what you consider "technology" then. Russia is catching or even surpassed most countries when it comes to automobiles and its the 2nd larger exporter of weaponry in the world.
