Excellent video, you explain very well..You should have a classroom. If that would be your desire

If you turn the dry/wet Knob in the reverb plugin on the bus (send) fully to wet, then you can mix the amount of the reverbed signal to the original sound source with the volume fader.

I've never understood why this is supposed to sound natural. To me, pre-delay sounds more like a slapback delay than a natural room ambience. Thanks for the tips though!

excellent! thank you!

it's not only the tip about the reverb , HOW DID you get this excellent ultra thick sound of the drums?? especially the snare and kick are awesome!

i was shaking my head up and down when he said ''sounds like a nice room huh'' ... lol

@Myung13 This is why I tell people to not waste their time in university recording programs! Videos and information on the internet like this are the reasons that you can learn so much more than ever!
can you explain why the reverb plug in is placed in a send instead of an input? can you use that sub-fader to mix the reverb snare with the original snare sound?

@crppypnkrck I use reverbs on an aux track (bus) so I can send multiple tracks to it. Saves CPU power, rather than putting multiple reverbs on multiple tracks.
