This is so extremely awesome. I really want to make one. I always make cards by hand and this is a perfect idea. I don't have cardstocks or ribbons though. (I might have the ribbons but I am not sure.). By the way where can I buy/get the cardstocks?

I purchased mine at an office supply store. I used Avery Inkjet Textured Half-Fold cards for the video - but any card stock should work fine, it just needs to be a thick paper so it doesn't tear when you put the needle through it.

Ok thanks. So will construction paper work if its thick enough

Hmm. It might be good to double or even triple the construction paper, unless it's a very thick stock. But as long as you can get it thick enough to avoid tearing, I imagine it would work just fine.

Yes, the actual paper I used is the Avery Inkjet Textured Half-Fold cards - but any card stock should work fine.
