both.. u cn get loads of mods (Unsung, 31st, etc) and still have the base game.. altho all those mods will slow ur loading time down or game time

when you got this mod in your directory from arma cvan you play ingame the nowtime people too or just the world war 2 soldiers.?

Ah, you disabled the shadow. I did, too. I'm running Arma2 with my laptop that is lagging only when shadow is on.
