At approximately 10:00pm on Thursday Nov. 24, 2011, . A police officer accused an older man of shoplifting (while he was still in the store) the police officer then slammed this older mans face on the floor and knocked him out. The man was bleeding a lot. THIS INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR CONDUCTED AND CONDONED BY BUCKEYE POLICE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. The bald police officer (OFFICE RORKE) .
