@TopDog21stcentury No, it's perfectly fine to drink a gallon of water a day as long as you are urinating regularly & spread the water throughout your day...she overdosed on water because she drank an excess amount of water in one sitting..& the contest was "Hold your Wee for a Wii" so they had to hold their pee as long as they could. Her body did not release the excess amounts of water, therefore she died. It's reccomended daily to drink half your body weight and convert that number to ounces.

I take extreme care of my skin during winter. But even though, my skin looks dry and flaky. My dermatologist recommended LAVIS SKIN CARE Moisturizer. I have tried it for a week and noticed that there's a huge difference.
