I have a preference for women with natural hair. In many ways, it illustrates an intellectual rebellion---the quintessential notion of freedom. I also love women with short hair. Short hair brings out the facial features. Ultimately, facial beauty, for a lot of men and women, has to match the locs, well groomed locks for the most part.

he is so cute...but i feel a lot of men see this as a movement or fad. you can call it a "coming out" movement if you would because I think we as females were raised to put relaxers in our hair because it was easier for our mom to manage. then magazines and celebs rocked long flowing hair and it was just normal for us to have that too. but now as we are older we can actually stop and learn to embrace what God gave us, learn how to style and manage our hair, and show the world we look good as is

i keep seeing these videos about this supposed issue and im wondering do men even care about hair? i mean respectfully where the coochie goes the men will follow. Also the reason when men supposedly prefer long hair is because of culture. its what we were brought up around but were werent told straight up that this is beautiful and whatnot. its something you just absorbed. if all the women went natural, men wouldnt notice and would still chase after ya!

This is hilarious. My decision to go natural was my decision alone. My husband had no say in the matter. He came home one day and I told him my intentions. End of story.

@ALANAHBENAY I had to respond to your post because my husband was not open to me going natural. I told him that I wanted to make a lifestyle change...internally and externally. I changed my eating habits to natural foods and he respected that. Then I told him that I did not want to relax my hair anymore. I got my hair braided for two months then a sew-in, then more braids. by this time I was already 5 months in. I made sure it was pretty in between styles. Now he loves my hair.
