The great thing is how diverse everyone is and their reasons to study Mandarin. Just shows how nice and important it is to learn a new language. I'm also studying Mandarin for almost 2 years, mostly on own, sometimes with tutor. My reasons is I am an ESL teacher and going to China in a week to teach English. My career afterwards is in electrical engineering and I hope to become fluent in Mandarin to use in my career. :) Goodluck to everyone in the video~
