@Miromen69 420lbs Bench, 720lbs Dead, and 740lbs Squat...but I also weighed 240lbs. Deadlift was my strongest movement....I actually pulled over 700 at 205lbs. If I tried to do any of that shit right now....I would simutaneously shit myself, blow chunks, and have a coronary!!!!!

Jimmies #1. Women's MMA will survive, probably have a bumpy few more years but will grow, Coker might actually stay around for longer then you think, Fedor won't sign with the UFC, but maybe Strikeforce again if he can control who he fights and at what weight. I could definately see Strikeforce spreading around the world and being the proving grounds before joining the UFC, fighters would grow a fanbase before a title run in the UFC.

A fighter takes a risk of a career ending injury EVER time they get in the ring and most of them make 15k to 50k per fight that is bullshit when 10% of the UFC was sold last year for $100,000,000. I hate to say it but they the fighter need a union.

this might just be me but with that comment about the Strikeforce fight recently being more entertaining i think that's mainly because no one's can through elbows or forearms on the ground at all in strikeforce so if you work over there and you're no really a submission specialist then only things you can really do are 1) Lay & Pray or 2) Stand Up and Bang and if you wanna get paid more then you're gonna stand up and bang, which is the main reason to me why they have so many knockouts
