Rep. Franklin passed away from what appeared to be heart attack last week. Please know that Rep. Franklin was a genuine Christian man who loved women, including those unborn. @angelawittman With all due respect, I'll agree to disagree. I'm sorry, but wanting to have women get the death penalty for having a miscarriage? That doesn't show love for women in my opinion. I very much value the lives of unborn children, but I also value the lives and feelings of women and why should they be put to death just because they have a miscarriage? That is beyond cruel to do to a woman who's lost her baby.
