Back in those days nigger wasn't used as a derogatory fashion so it wasn't thought of as a racist word. If his dog had been white it would have been called snowy. Snow is white!

Kneel, I remember watching that "War in the Air program presented by Brian Englis or Ingliss I forget how it is spelt. It must have been repeats cos I was only 3 in 1953 and i`m sure i wasn`t that young when I watched it. My Mum was in the WRNS during the war stationed at Ramsgate and if she was taken by surprise when this show was on she still jumped if an air raid siren sounded or a V1 came over even after all those years.
