make a slice from center out (cut) on the cardboard and you do not need to pull through you can just wrap it and not worry about having enough yarn or not

What if the wOol ends what do u do?

Two thoughts: 1) Couldn't you just have made the smaller hole using the smaller hole of the CD? 2) Couldn't you just cut a slit in the circles so that you can easily pass the yarn around? I've seen this in other tutorials. Seems to save time pulling wool through.

I LOVE THESE!!!! You could try making a small one thats white and you can tie it to the zip on your coat for the winter!!!!! I tried making one of these but it failed. lol!! Thanks for teaching me how to make these i will try to make one soon when i get some new wool.
