Hey guys, before I get attacked for the title, I think of this as being the first legitimate nerf gunblade by my definition in that it shoots nerf darts, uses the blade as a barrel and is entirely foam coated and safe. It can still be used as either a nerf blaster or a nerf sword and that is what I set out to create. Like I said, im pleased with it as a prototype but not a final project, so I will strive to create a better version in the future.

maybe you should use an axe for a wider blade, and not have the dart fire through the blade
