your dreds are locking great, you'll really be able to tell when they're locking in place because the ends will feel more compacted and rounder. so far you're doing good just keep it up and inside another two months they'll swing more freely. when they get longer, make sure you pin them up before you eat, dreads love soup. Stay with it brother

the root will be twisted but the tips will look tangled and puffy. Thats when you know its locking, bc locs aint nothin but tangled hair...And dont feel strange if a couple of ur locks come totally out when you wash em, I got aout 2-4 of them that so it and Im 6 months in, some portions of your hair just take longer to lock. But stay strong man, ur hair is lookin nice.
