  • Thank You so very much for this video series. I'm enriched for simply watching.

And yes I do believe we lost a rare gem

  • Thankyou for sharing this great look at Freddie's life. Out of all the albums Innuendo it the best to me. Which I still play all the time. As sick as he was too get up and sing like there's nothing wrong with you must have taken all that he had left in him to do. Song's like "The show must go on" "I'm going slightly mad" "These are the days of our lives" The hitman" and the list of that cd goes on.

  • the vocals on innuendo if not the whole album are awe inspiring, someone in perfect health and vigor would be hard pressed to deliver such epic brilliance, take into consideration how close to passing on he was..good lord it's phenomenal

  • My answer to 5:39 - 5:44 is that In my honest opinion, I believe that Queen surpasses the Beatles in every way. And by the way, Freddie always said that he wasn't the "leader" of Queen, but instead the lead singer.

  • @misskitson1 i thought i caught that to and was like i thought he was 45! not 46! thats so well known how could they mess that up! personally i didt care for the host of this show, he really thought/and tried to be funny, and he faild terribley!

  • @misskitson1 i have seen that, it's very beautiful doc. i love it, i've seen it a few times

  • I hate how they always put "In my defense" as the last song on these documentaries... it always makes me want to cry...

  • @misskitson1 i'm 14 and ive been mentally correcting this guy the whole time... that's sad since he was probably THERE

  • I find it frustrating and sad that if Freddie had contracted HIV just a few years later than he did, he may still be alive today. The AIDS "cocktail" treatment was first used around the mid-90s, and it brought a lot of people back from the brink of death. Jim Hutton, Freddie's partner, discovered he had HIV just a few years after Freddie. Jim hung on long enough to get the cocktail and survived for almost 20 additional years. He just died in 2010 -- and of lung cancer no less.

  • @Arthur5041975 Have you got anything against Portugal or Portuguese? I hope not.

  • Indeed, Freddie's voice did get better! For example- his vocals are phenomonal on "The Show Must Go On." Sends chills up my spine. He sounded THAT fucking amazing.
