I just started taking Phentermine on Saturday & I have been having the exact same pain in my upper stomach. Which I also get if I drink alcohol & haven't eaten anything..& I'm just talking about just a few sips! It hurts so bad! But if I just eat a little something I'm ok but the pain is still there just not as bad..but it still has me worried..

If you need help lossing some weight I know of a natural way of burning alot of calories. 2 or 3 sessions a day at about 45 mins. to an hour a piece.
