In July 2010, Hoop Revolution came to the DC area for the first East Coast Mentor Training Retreat. It was an awesome event. New hoop techniques were learned and new friendships forged. Hoop Revolution founder, Anah (Hoopalicious) talks about the process of becoming a Mentor, the power of unconditional love, and the beauty of dancing from your heart.
