with burms, floor space is much more important than height, so this cage would definitaly be unsuitable for your snake. don't get me wrong, the cage looks really nice... and remove the screen and replace it with plexi-glass, because that screen will cause abrasions to your burm's face.

No, the cage is not "awesome". It is the complete opposite. Burmese Pythons need floor space, not height and a hardware mesh door is the worst possible thing. Not only will this "enclosure" not be able to maintain humidity, that mesh will be like a cheese grater on a snake's face. And as that snake grows, it will push on that screen.

why the hell would i you ask?? Well because i can. & Its worked fine since i posted this video in November 30, 2008
by the way dont these burms live in the rain forest? dont they hunt? dont they fall from trees? i also know they eat preditors like perhaps ALIGATORS? well i must admitt one thing!! a screen door that hasnt harmed my python since i built it!! is a good investment! Safer in my cage rather than in the open jungle of whatever lurks in them... So yea thanks for the comment bud.

NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS with my python getting hurt!! if i were having problems & seeing my python ACTUALLY GETTING HURT then your advice is good solid advice!! then i wouldnt use what u call (pussy ass chickin wire redneck hunk of shit cage) I DOUBLED THE CAGE IN SIZE!!
