Harvest was halo wars, not reach, so forth it was attacked first and then reach years later the people on harvest was a military training facility as well as reach but was also known for its income of money/credits and while being attacked they tried to hold the covenant off and defend reach which (obviosly) failed therefore reach was next and then earth and on the first halo was the beginning and end for the covenant.

@WarDevil96 reach was the trainig ground for all spartens and they were like 30 spartens and they nearly of them went onto reach and not all died they are few of spartens who survie
