Recap For Day 3: Very Tired!
No salt water flush to begin the day. Teeth hurt and ears burn - was sick to stomach!!! Then it got better and OMG - look at my hair - gross!!!

  • @dellicj Good Luck - it is going to be so hard to be around people eating food and smelling the food!!! Don't give up because after day 3 you will have more energy than you have ever had.

  • definitely not sold on this, if it makes you look/feel so awful.

  • @TheMslara26 It is a great detox - if you have toxins that you need to clean out of your body. But I wouldn't use this as a weight loss tool.

  • your teeth were hurting because of the acid and you need to drink water after you do each drink and or brush your teeth ..

  • The second time that I did the cleanse my teeth didn't hurt as bad - but still had a strange numbing uncomfortable feeling. I think that you are right. Also, the syrup makes me have horrible thrush. Do you get that?

  • @wisesakura Well luckly after working there for so long i'm use to the smells so that wasn't too bad, my weekness was the "Triple Chocolate Strata" cake.. the tree layer fudge cake with chocolate moose in the middle, yeah that about killed me rofl. But i made it, I only did it for 10 days which was my goal, and I lost 12 lbs. I plan on doing it again and extending it for 5 extra days. Good luck with yours keep up the good work!

  • @dellicj OMG, I'm on my 7th day of Master Cleanse and I am staying away from eating people because I live alone and don't currently work, BUT yesterday I watched some raw cooking videos on YT and I almost quit! I CAN'T Imagine how hard it might be being on MC and working at OG! I LOVE olive garden -- so I was curious - how did you do? Did you make it?

  • to be sure ya do look like shit get out and keep fit at leat walk 20 mins then slow jog for 15 5 days a week

    also the healthy eating diet is google Scarsdale Diet

    The diet is designed to last for seven to fourteen days. comon it aint science??
