The first song we finished for the new Nanook of the North album. We have since then mixed two other tracks.

Little Guardian was recorded at Roth Händle studios 4. All the instruments are...real. Harp, French horn, Clarinet Tuba ad Cello...Then of course we have the usual suspects...12 string electric, Vako Orchestron, Mellotron, Glockenspiels et.c

The album will be finished....soon (we have been saying that for a while).

The album will be released by Exergy Music in Sweden but we have no other labels set up so far...so if you know anyone or you think you know someone who might be interested in this wonderful album...let me know.

  • Five years ago I heard 'Israel & Palestine" on an indie station in Chicago. I wrote down the title/artist in my journal. Just this morning while cleaning out my closet I found my old journal, saw your name in it and decided to Google you. Beautiful song!

  • @africkinamerican Thank you...for your patience and endurance. Take care, Mattias

  • Choruses like this song's make the world a better place!

  • @the3halvesman My personal favorite spot is the second verse with the french horns and clarinets...

  • I'm glad to finally hear a new song of Nanook of the North. I still love the first album, but I think it's about time for some new material. When the next album is out, please set apart one copy for me, please.

  • @weaponEX Well...we have put out one album before this called the täby tapes...you could check that out...Otherwise I am not really sure...Sorry I cant be of more help...

  • @RothHandle Thank you!! It's a while since I've paid attention to new music but the sheer real instruments are enough to spark a new fascination.. perhaps there are other pre-existing artists or albums you can recommend for people who like this.. er, kind of thing (if that's not too patronizing but I'm afraid I could sight a genre/style without sound even more so). Shellyann Orphanesque baroque pop?

  • @morland1966 Det blev faktiskt ganska fint...Sugen på att flytta studio ?

  • @weaponEX I would think so...! Maybe we will post them as we finish them...!

  • @Trondoc Thanks Frank...!
