please dnt put me down just cause im a railfan. i realy want to work for the railroad but im not old enough. im 18 and rules say u must be 21 and have a CDL. in Ohio i can get my CDL at 18, whats with that rule??

Darn FRA. They make ridiculous rules just because of an accident that two teens said the engineer texted them. also the cell phone made it easier to reach crews in my oppinion. What happened to the technology designed to stop a train if the engineer becomes distracted or hurt. mite as well do away with them because of a new rule which makes them unnecessary. glas to meet ya.

I would love to see more of this kind of video. I used to catch Amtrak in Lima, wish I still could. Lima's great for train watching.
