Oh no!!! After watching your great Kanarbik video, this out of tune mess is a bummer. Why doesn't the conductor use a stand, it might help with his flailing technique and result in a more assured performance from the choir. It's not even two minutes, you couldn't memorize it? I really hope he's not trying to sing and conduct at the same time, that would just be silly.
