STS-128 Launch Of NASA Space Shuttle Discovery

STS-128: http://www.spaceflightnews.net - NASA's space shuttle Discovery lifts off in the dark of night at Kennedy Space Center, Florida to begin mission STS-128 to outfit the International Space Station with new science equipment and transfer Nicole Stott to the complex. With a crew of seven astronauts, the space shuttle lifted off on time at 11:59 p.m. EDT, lighting up the nightime sky for miles around the space center as it rocketed to space.
