Ok!! Gran scooping may be a work of art and no doubt it requires professional skills.
But what about the time taken for discharging from one hatch that is about 4 to 5000 tomes?

Wow, i have been sailing on lakers for 10 years and i never heard of such system for unloading. I'll have to talk to the older guys about it, they must have seen that.

After being inoperative for years the Buffalo grain elavators will be up and running again. They will begin storing corn and soy for ethonal fuel conversion.

I remeber sweeing the scoopers on the original M/V Oakglen justbefore her scrapping in the late 1980's.I got to go on board her in Hamilton.Interesting stuff for sure.
