This massive experiment attempts to power a house for an entire day solely through human pedal power - while the unsuspecting family inside go about their normal Sunday routine. Will they drive the Human Power Station to meltdown?

My gym has the bikes from the indoor cycling class hooked up to a special generator and any power created from the class goes back in to powering the building. :)

Imagine paying minimum wage to each biker for 16 hours a day. Just goes to show how much oil, gas, and coal has lifted our living standards. Hopefully, nuclear fusion would take over the job of the fossils in due time.

78 actually, which requires quite a bit more cyclists to even power those showers! go jump in a lake with some shampoo, or in the rain. problems solved?!
