I like Jay Turser a lot, they aren't bad at all especially for a budget guitar, I have a JT-50 Custom (A SG mock), and my friend Kevin has a real Gibson SG, but still prefers mine over his.

@paintballer4life534: I have 4 Jay Tursers in my house, I have a JT 200D, JT50, my son has JT 220 and his JT-30, I have played Jay Turser Guitars for a couple years now...aside from replacing the tuners and setting intonation and action, I have had nothing but luck with them. I also have a BC Rich Warlock NJ w/Floyd Rose and a squire stagemaster 7....amazingly enough My JT's have more sustain than either one. Yes they aren't perfect but they are worth the money and then some...just my opinion

@shred567 they are soo cheap because you pay for looks in them not quality, they are good for someone who just wans to sit an play chords, if you look at one real close, all the frets are uneaven, they play verry slowly, he must have go lucky with his, i had a Les Paul Mock guitar and it sucked

wey a tu parecer , las jt , son recomendables ?? me quiero comprar una jt 220 pero no se quiero q me den opiniones,,, porfavor
very nice guitar, similar to my 1969 Gibson, but not exact. The Gibson has a narrower neck and the pickguard is a bit bigger. In any case, I own a Jay Turser JT-200D Les Paul copy. Love it. I cant believe the quality of these instruments. Awesome value for the low low price.

@believer06 I know, for a 100 bucks instrument this thing is not great in terms of quality but man it plays nice.
The overal dimensions of this one is closer to that of the current gibson flying V lineup rather than older gibsons.

I really like the sound you have come up with! It sounds much larger than a 30 watt amp. I'd like to try this amp with my DigiTech tube preamp. Can you tell me what channel and what amp type you are using on your amp? I guess it's one of the cleans, correct? Thanks - GeneM

@gmabilli nope, it's the "metal" model in the second channel with the gain all the way up, bass at about 4, mids about 6 and trebble at about 5 and volume just below 1, I use a DOD VGS50 multifects in front of it as a preamp for just a slight gain boost.
