  • Miso is fermented soybean paste, and it is salty has hell.

  • Hey BigAl, Is there anything that can be substituted in for the miso? I looked in every store in the area and cannot find any place that sells miso. I looked online for it but it is almost 25 dollars for the miso and the shipping cost... Any suggestions?
