Video taken with a Polaroid Simplicity portable digital video camera that belongs to my girlfriends brother, mounted on a Gorilla Pod (unit didn't mount tight, as seen by the "circular rotating" scene). Edited on a PC with the free Windows editing software.

Hi SmileFace,

Check with your local DMV regarding 49cc moped laws. Most states consider anything with an engine size of 50cc or less a moped that doesn't require a special motorcycle license. Research first.

It is street legal, but only on side roads. These have a max MPH of about 30-35, so they can't go on anything much faster. And they can't go on interstates or highways. Larger CC scoots might, but not the small 50cc, which is what I have.
