Jessica Phillips, Second and Eb Clarinet in The Metropolitan Opera Orchestra in New York, breaks down the barriers for clarinetists interested in learning more about warm-ups, tuning and voicing for the Eb Clarinet. As one of the world's best Eb players, Jessica has a down-to-earth teaching style and take on this piccolo Clarinet. In this video, Jessica's playing a Backun Eb Cutback Barrel in Tulipwood (allowing you to use a Bb reed on an Eb mouthpiece) along with a Backun Grenadilla Eb Bell - both of which she helped design.

@noodlenation Actually the Backun Barrel has a notch in the barrel so uncut Bb clarinet reeds will fit on the Eb mouthpiece

Well, barrels have nothing to do with reeds so that wouldn't matter. You need an Eb mouthpiece and Eb reeds.
