"Hold Me Now" was a hit single from Southwest Louisiana rapper/producer Krow known later on in his career as Kace Jones The song was released between '02-'03 thru a deal with now defunct label High Grade Records..The song hit radio and became an instant success on several urban markets....including Lafayette Louisiana's Q95.5 where it became one of the few local songs to get taken out of rotation only to be placed back due to extreme public demand
