@Gubbywubby The show is 50 years old. There have always been continuity errors and will continue to be because it's hard not to have some some when you are dealing with decades of previously established mythology. There will always be different Doctors, different writers, different showrunners, different directors.. It's not always going to be the most perfect show ever made. But it will always be the greatest show ever made.
