she's so young then really innocent you could see no pressure at all.. cute when she was looking at her score she didnt know it was time for her to go..lol.. now shes matured and very intimidating.

I think at this point she could already do an Amanar (possibly not the Cheng). It seems as if on the DTY from the way she lands she's got a bit too much power. My guess is that it wasn't perfect (The Chinese always have the most polished albeit inconsistent routines) and they wouldn't want her to have such great vaults when an inexperienced gymnast could quite easily make a mistake, so they were probably building experience here so they could show off it off once perfected. Sure worked.

So funny that she has problems with landing her double twist, and can't do a harder second vault. Only one year later, she would be the best vaulter ever.

Why did she bother doing a second vault if she was only going to do one that was out of a 9.6 SV? She must've known that that she wouldn't qualify with that.
