hi, is there suppose to be a bump on the top of the phone (sensors)? because this bump, which is from the things covering the speaker and sensor in the inside, cause a bump, making the screen harder to touch

Just bought mine today from best buy and I would recommend it to anyone looking to get this product. The best protection ever and it's totally waterproof. Fits slim in ur pocket with no bulgy mess and doesn't hang when u take it out of ur pocket. Awesome!

When you put this case and play some music the sound quality from the speaker is very poor.

@GRANDECTV The sound level is actually the same. The sound is just emitted differently. It comes out of the back of the case and acts as a bass. That may be what you are hearing. Try placing the phone face down and see if that works better. Thanks! -Dusty
